  • All Sales are Final: Once a ticket is purchased, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets unless otherwise stated in the event details or required by law.

2. Event Cancellations

  • Full Refund: If an event is canceled by Trendsap or the event organizer, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
  • Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the cancellation and refund process in 5 – 7 business days of the event’s cancellation.

3. Event Rescheduling

  • Ticket Validity: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. No refunds will be provided if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event.
  • Refund Requests: In the case of a significant change to the event schedule (e.g., change in date or venue), you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.

4. Partial Refunds

  • Special Circumstances: Partial refunds may be offered at the discretion of Trendsap for certain events. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Process

  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@trendsapio.com with your order number and the reason for the refund request.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of the refund request approval.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Third-Party Tickets

  • Non-Responsibility: If you purchase tickets from a third-party vendor or reseller, Trendsap is not responsible for any refunds or issues related to those purchases. Please refer to the third-party’s refund policies.
